About me

 I discovered my love of powerlifting in 2018, initially from an athlete's perspective. I quickly realized that I wanted to continue my education in this area to learn about the scientific principles and physiological background of powerlifting. I have now been working as an online coach for five years and have been coaching the Austrian national team in RAW and Equipped Powerlifting (IPF) since 2021.
